Item was is like new condition and functioned perfectly.

Bitlocker issue, battery not too strong.
The item is clean and portable. However, it suddenly brought up bit locker blue screen while it was updating automatically downloaded updates. I couldn't access my files, nor able to format the system before return. Also, the battery lasts for about 4.5 hrs under light usage, and about 2.5 hrs under heavy usage.

Infinite repair loop
During the middle of work, the laptop suddenly popped up Bitlocker screen. After finding key from microsoft account, it suddenly went in infitie repair-bluescreen loop. Cannot reset it, and all my files are inaccesible.
