This heated eye mask is excellent to help with dry eye and sinus issues. It came well packaged with a usb charging cord--plug not included. The charging slot is found under the settings button area.The eye mask material is soft, comfortable, and of good quality. It's washable,, durable, and covers the whole eye and sinus area. The head band is adjustable. I hope it lasts. Similar bands I have used detached with continued, extensive, overnight use. The heating element located in a zippered pouch is also wrapped in a soft, durable material which should be removed from pouch and NOT washed.The mask timer can be set at 15 minute increments up to 60 minutes. Just press and hold left button until 15 appears then press until desired time shows. There are three levels of heat which can be adjusted by pressing the right button. Spritz, don't soak, the eye mask with some water for greater, deeper relief.This eye mask is easy to use, is lightweight, and travels well It works extremely well for the function it was intended. It completely blocks light and has added padding for comfort and to contain heat around the nose bridge. I've spent hundreds of dollars on eye drops and other items to bring relief to dry eye issues. The price point for this product is well worth it. I highly recommend it and made additional purchase for others.

Recommended for my clogged oil pores and I use it twice a day. It turns on easy enough and you can regulate the heat to your liking I stick with 15 minutes on 4. It gets pretty hot. But I wish I didn’t have to charge it as much. It does charge quickly though. I really think it works well for tired eyes too. And if my chance you do fall asleep it will turn it self off.

The mask works, and has excellent heat , and timing options/functions. It does require charging more often than I had had hoped, but it's still better than the microwave beads eye patch style unit I have been using.It charges quickly, although I not timed it to know for sure how long it takes. A few hours is sufficient for full charge.I have gotten about the 1 hour time out of it, it seems. I use the fifteen minute setting, and sometimes extend using for another 15, during the same night, but it hasn't made it past two nights before it needs recharging.The strap is adjustable for desired tension. When first putting it on, it seemed a little stiff, but adjusting the strap helped even out that sensation. It heats pretty quick, and evenly. A shutoff beep would be welcome, but if you're awake you will notice it slowly cooling down, so no real biggie.I would give it five stars if it had longer battery life, per charge. As I use more, it seems that the inside heating pad conforms somewhat more to my face, but that may just be my getting used to it.It does what it's supposed to, and is more convenient that microwavable one. I had thought about returning it, but it seemed the better choice, with more heat, and timer settings than others I looked at. I had previously picked up a Purify unit at the local drug store, and would probably have kept it, except I could not not adjust the strap out enough that it didn't feel very comfortable overall. Plus you can't really roll over with one of the hardshell units, very far.I'm going to keep it will definitely use it more often than the nuker.Also it doesn't put the pressure on the eye, that the nuke patch one did/does.Haven't had to wash it yet, but don't anticipate any issues there, and blocks the light fairly well, except in strong light, it doesn't seem to completely black out completely. I have not noticed any light coming in from the bottom, at any time.Even Mikey would like it …

This heated eye mask is great for dry eyes and tired days. I love that it’s cordless and has different heat and timer settings. I use it at night or while relaxing, and it really helps with eye strain. The cover is soft and washable, and it’s super convenient for travel too.

I love this ! I used it for a Stye and it really helped. I found the warmth to be relaxing too ! it helped loosen my sinuses as well !

Great device for my dry eyes. I like to put it on at bedtime and the timer makes that easy. Appreciate that I can adjust bothe the temp and the time. The light on it is a bit bright for bed use as hubby says it's too bright. Lol. I carefully stitched a piece of black elastic over it so I can cover it after adjusting the settings.

Lasted less than 3 months, half of which it would only work if plugged in while using it. Now, charges but never turns on. Was nice while it lasted. Now it's just garbage
