Superior
I bought the boning knife after seeing all the hype around them. I'm a "home chef," and have bought hundreds of knives. These are far superior to anything I have ever used. I'm in for the long haul with these and I have been telling everyone in my circle about them. 🥰

Quality pick up for price.
Knife is a big step up if all you are used to is hand me down’s and cheap knives. This is a heavy duty,SHARP knife. Great for cutting the thicker meats.

Heavy, sharp, gets the job done. Great value!
Blade was heavier than expected. I searched reviews and they’re all covering an older different knife that Huusk used to make but this one is solid. Slices smoothly, definitely worth the price, comfortable to hold. Looks really cool especially with the sheathe. Sharpness is definitely there. I don’t recommend it for precision slices or extended use as the blade is very heavy but it’s great for chopping and some minor precision cuts.
