This weight bench is great. It’s sturdy for someone tall like me or short like my wife, looks great, was very easy to set up and comfortable to work on. The size is perfect for a small spot if needed, like ours.

Put together quickly. Pretty solid for curls and leg extensions. This is not for professional weight lifters by any means. I recommend for home use

This is easy to set up. I use it four days a week and it gives you a great workout. I workout out on this and my treadmill. It is cheaper than going to the gym.

This seems like a good weight bench, although I just put it together and briefly tested it so I have not used it extensively. Not too hard to assemble on my own so that was good.I like that you can do the arms and legs with the weight plates.My biggest complaints are just that there is nothing holding the foam rollers on so they seems to slide around a lot and I wish you could detach the arms that hold a barbell for the times when you don’t need them.Otherwise so far so good so maybe I will update if I change my mind.
