Way better than my old Harbinger belt. It does run a bit large but I was still easily able to get it snug on my waist. Lots of support but even slim enough to wear under your tshirt.

Good belt... But I think small and medium and large are very different,. I got small and I feel like the bars on back are small, or different.

I purchased this item for myself since I was in dire need of a new belt, but wasn’t looking forward to spending another $60+ to get the same one I had originally used, so I logged into Amazon and found MHiL offering a similar belt but for 1/3rd of the cost. I’ve only had it for about a week now and absolutely love it! The material is top notch and comfortable, the stitching is heavy duty, it feels and adjusts nicely to your body and best of all, it costs meway less than my old belt. If you’re a beginner and looking for a lifting belt but don’t wanna break the bank, this one’s definitely for you! I can’t wait to get my boyfriend one too-he actually tried out mine and really liked how high quality the material was!

This belt not only is comfortable, but gives amazing support. Right when it arrived in the mail I took it to work out and it performed flawlessly. I love the lock on the belt too that ensures a snug fit that won't budge and allow me to maintain proper from and avoid injury.

It's alright for the price but I recommend you buy a better belt.

I have two of these belts and both are great. One is my workout partner, he is 350 pounds, and the belt holds the pressure and weight with no issues. Worth the money.
