I couldn't even use this it It smelt so bad like car parts.I would never put this by my animal.I couldn't even have it in my house.That's how bad it's smell.Why would Amazon even have a seller like this or even male?Something like this to a customer

I gave given this every chance, but it has never worked. The light actually came on for one day but never heated and now the light doesn't come on. Unfortunately, I didn't try it until it was too late to return. Learned my lesson. Don't purchase if you are hoping to keep pets warm.

Used in outdoor cat shelter. Power light is on but pad does not even warm up.
