These are extremely absorbent. The skin contact material is actually silk like- just like the description says! Very good quality. It’s actually crazy how much liquid they absorb and wick away from the skin!

These pads are great and much less expensive than ordering from medical supply companies.

I do a lot of longboarding with my boys. Unfortunately, road rash is part of the game. With the weather warming up in spring, we were able to get out and skate this past month. Sure enough, we had a couple of falls and some road rash to go with it.These bandages worked very good. After cleaning the wound, I applied some ointment and put the bandage over it. I secured it with a wrap since these are non-adhesive bandages (which I prefer). The 4x4 coverage area is large enough for most of our injuries, but you could easily place 2 side by side, or trim them as needed.I found the bandages to be high absorbent, non-stick, and right up there with top brand quality.

I ordered the Carbou 4"x 4" Super Absorbent Wound Dressing Pads to add to my first aid kit. These pads are much larger than the items already in my first aid kit, therefore allowing to dress larger injuries if needed. They are thick and should absorb a good amount of fluid in the event of an emergency. I like that they are non adherent to prevent causing additional pain and discomfort when being removed. The pads are individually wrapped which allows them to remain sterile until time of use. As described in the product description, the pads will need gauze or tape to be held in place. These super absorbent pads are priced a bit high when compared to similar products.

These pads are very absorbent. The 20 pack is a great value! It's hard to find sterile packs like this for a good price, but these check all the boxes. I like that they're individually wrapped so I can trust that they are sterile, even after opening the box and using some of them. The box comes with instructions for applying these, which was helpful. But they don't have any adhesive, so you'll need to get medical tape or a wrap or something to secure these in place.
