I can't say for sure that we have noticed any difference in our kids gut health or immunity--they haven't been sick lately but I can't say for sure it's because of these. But I've read that probiotics are good for them so we've added these to their dinner routine. The texture of the gummy drops was chewy, and not tasty. If this was for kids, they wouldn't like this because of the non taste.
