- The fallen leaves have a caramel fragrance . Suitable for the patio and also makes good bonsai.
- A 20cm tall starter plant (not branched) in an 8cm pot. This plant will be ready to be planted out this Spring. Fully hardy and grown outdoors.

Unusual, but easily grown deciduous tree with rounded or kidney-shaped, mid-green leaves turning spectacular red, yellow and orange in autumn. The fallen leaves smell of burnt sugar. Hardy and best on acid soils. Fast growing and branches out freely, makes a superb bonsai. (Currently leafless).
