Ouch!!Despite being ungodly uncomfortable to use if you have back pain already, and despite it being quite hard to make yourself rest into the stretch for a few minutes to really get the benefit - this DOES help very very quickly with relief from a variety of back issues.I have old injuries in my Lumbar vertibrae, I sit at a desk for hours everyday and I ride horses in my free time, my back is SORE. My biggest issues are with radiating pain caused by my general apathy towards maintaining my range of motion and doing PT. Come the evening times when my upper back pain has started to radiate downwards and I just cannot find a painless way to sit, I spend 5 minutes on the mid level of this board and the relief I get in the aftermath is very impressive.I will say that outwith my back and joint issues I'm naturally fairly flexible, I would imagine most average users with chronic back pain will need to stick to the level 1 setting for quite some time, there is a HUGE difference between it and level 2.Build quality is good, would be difficult for someone weak or arthritic to get the board into level 2 and 3 positions but wont be prohibitive to most.

facile da montare e usare. Lo uso per "raddrizzare" la schiena in quanto tendo a stare un pò gobba e sento la distensione dei muscoli anteriori . Le protuberanze sui lati hanno un buon effetto sui muscoli. Fa un buon lavoro e sono soddisfatta.

I have been getting terrible back ache from poor posture at work and a lot of twisting and leaning during work and unable to get a massage appointment to help - I realised I needed more than exercises to help prevent the pain getting worse. I bought this not really expecting much. The first time I used it, it was extremely uncomfortable but I persisted anyway. I set a timer for 5 mins, lay on it in the floor and used it on the ‘2’ position. At the end of 5 minutes I felt super relaxed and ready to sleep! I now use it nightly for 5 mins before bed. It’s really hard to change the height positions as it’s made from quite rigid plastic. I would advise guessing the position you are likely want and not attempting to move it, as you need to be strong to change it! Anyway - an affordable option to try if you are suffering from mid back pain like me.. and a bonus that it gets you in a super relaxed mode ready for sleep straight after using it. Only deducting a star as it’s difficult to change the positions, otherwise I would rate it 5
