First time purchase, but definitely not my last! I truly love how well it covers gray and the color looks great. Very easy to use and the dual comb/brush helps get strands colored with ease. The brush tip is so helpful in parting the hair sections. I have absolutely no complaints at all.

This is a touch-up kit so don't expect a full head coloring. This kit is easy to use and gives quick results. Make sure you follow the instructions and it should be easy. I let it more than the recommended 10 minutes because I have very difficult gray hair that are usually not covering very well. The results will depend on the extent of your gray hairs or roots you want to cover. For me it was a quick solution, but not long lasting.

BUT I MADE A HUGE MISTAKE..DON'T LET IT HAPPEN TO YOU!!! This product is ONLY for a person wanting a TINY root touch up and on a fairly small head!! Luckily I was planning on mixing this color with 4.28 which they call Auburn Brown but it's really a HOT RED color on gray hairs!! Which for me are my roots. I have long hair. So by mixing these together I am hoping I will remove the HOT RED from 4.28 and give my entire head of hair a warm dark brown with a red undertone. I am processing this as I write. SO I am not sure how it will turn out. REMEMBER THIS PRODUCT is ONLY for the roots. Don't be dumb like me.

Absolutely horrible product. I never write reviews, but I tried this root touch-up, and it did not work at all. It did not cover anything; my hair looks exactly the same as before I applied the color. Save your money and your time. Try something else.

Not fond of this one. Love the brand this one though didn’t cover well.

I actually decided not to use this because it looks a little too dark for my hair. I was excited to see if it had good coverage for gray hair, but mine are throughout the entire hair not just at the roots. It does come with a brush, but I’ve used other hair coloring where the brush is part of the applicator which is a whole lot easier than having to put the dye in and then go back and brush it afterwards, but I could also see where that might help get it more on the roots if you color your hair a lot. There’s a pre-color serum but no after color conditioner that comes with it so make sure you have a good shampoo and conditioner of your own. Do you like that? It does all the work in 10 minutes which is half the time the most coloring. Hopefully I can find someone else to use it.
