Two Great Tools. Likely Need A Second Battery.
Got these two a week ago for a good price on Amazon. Used twice now.The Pros:The weed wacker itself is great. Gets the job done on grass and weeds. Anything with a thicker stalk will be an issue but I don’t use my weed wacker for that. It’s lightweight and easy to hold and move with. String comes out easily enough and it’s relatively strong. Had to push it out a few times along the fence, but that’s probably because I the string isn’t designed for wood. The blower is good for cleaning grass or mulch off your driveway or sidewalk. It’s summer so I don’t know about snow but I imagine it’ll be good for light snow that isn’t packed down. The Only Con:The battery doesn’t last very long. I live in a stand alone house and I got through the back and side yard before the battery died. I have other Ryobi tools so I have another battery but if you are getting this for a stand alone and don’t have another battery, buy one. You probably can get through a townhouse yard with the one battery.Update:Used twice now and it’s great. The string could be a bit stronger but it’s not a big deal. The only real issue is the battery that comes with it. For a townhouse it would work just fine. For a stand alone you need a bigger battery. I have another one that’s bigger and it made it through an entire yard plus using the blower for the pieces in the driveway and sidewalk. Definitely recommend these both.

Highly effective, does the job well.
These guys work great for what I needed them for. The battery does only last about 45 minutes but that's plenty of time to do an average sized yard unless it's significantly overgrown. The weed whacker takes some practice to get the angle just right but it chops through like a breeze and the leaf blower is quiet and both are super lightweight and easy to use. If you're looking for a high octane beefy machine capable of whacking down a small forest maybe not the set for you but for the average homeowner, I'd say this is a great deal. And it works with a variety of other tools if you stick to the same brand.

Works great
Light weight and very good! Battery that is included doesn’t last long.

Wow, so light-weight and EASY!!!
First I would like to start by saying, I know absolutely NOTHING about edger's or leaf blowers. I just started cutting my own grass this year, and bought a "push mower" because I thought a self propelled mower was a tractor. It's good exercise though, right? Anywho. . .With this being said, I was able to put this together myself and I use this with such ease. Not even going to lie, weed-wacking has turned into my new favorite thing. There is something so incredibly satisfying about pressing the button and obliterating the weeds. I will say though, the edger goes through string so incredibly fast, so definitely order a case of string. These two machines are very light-weight as well, my neighbor was stunned when she tried it out! The battery also seems to last for a few cuts too.Not sure if someone who is proficient in power tools would think this is the best, but I sure do!

Good value for the product.
Batteries last a long time. Very easy to use. The only drawback is the trimmer string has to be pulled out (quite often) by hand. You can't tap it and feed more out.

Lightweight and enough to get the job done
I could see how the trimmer wouldn't have enough power for some jobs, but for a suburban 1/2 acre lot, it's perfect. Just moved into a new house with a yard that hasn't been "loved" for at least a year. edging around the curb took some time, and the battery lasted me through the entire front yard. Love how lightweight both are. 8 year old can easily use the trimmer with pretty good control. The no-bump string stuff, takes a while to get used to. Basically, you release the trigger and wait while it winds down, before you hear a slight pop. That's the string coming out. I thought I just had to momentarily release the trigger, so I was confused when I would do it and wouldn't notice the string coming out anymore. The blower obviously doesn't have nearly the power of my corded one and it seems to drain the battery much faster, but it works well for what I need. Not getting rid of my corded blower, but I will definitely use this more often. I refer to it as my "power broom".

Very easy to use, light weight, and definitely recommend.
The battery life will depend a lot on your batteries. I have old p102 batteries, that are definitely weaker than what's available now. The blower will go through batteries pretty quickly, but with two of them I can do quite a bit with it. I'm definitely happy with both tools because the other half is 5 foot nothing and loves to use them. They're very simplistic and very easy to use. The weed wacker surprised me, it does a lot better than what I thought. With patients and taking small bites it will tackle pretty big weeds. Remember that this is not a gas wacker that you can just power through. It's easier on my old batteries, ordered bigger ones. Looking forward to see how they do. I have a good bit of whacking to do and my 2 almost make it. Would bet just one of the new ones will do the job.

Not powerful enough and comes with small battery
This combo sounds like a good deal but the blower is loud and not powerful. Other model that I have is not as loud and more powerful. The trimmer is also on the weaker side but because it comes with a much thinner string which can be resolved by using a thicker gauge string Again, this trimmer is not as powerful as other Ryobi models. These two are fine for really light work but if you need something more powerful, think about purchasing a better model. I personally like Ryobi products but this one is so-so.

Handy and works well
My friend kept borrowing ours so we got her this set. She liked it so much she did extras and spend the whole morning cleaning up her yard. Easy to use and battery is decent.

Always had ryobi
The product lasts a while. The battery finally gave up the ghost after 7-8 years. Got our money worth. Glad to have the similar model
