The real star of this neck massager is the EMS feature. I’ve had chronic neck pain for over seven years. The massage and heat are ok but the little metal pads send electric muscle stimulation pulses that make all of my really tense muscles release. It’s fairly strong so I don’t use more than level 2 but it is the only way I can really get the kinks out.The instructions are very hard to follow. I almost returned it because I couldn’t figure out how to get the EMS to work. The middle button changes which of the three vertical bars you have selected. Each bar is for one feature. So one bar is for massage, one is for heat, and one is for EMS. I don’t think they work concurrently but maybe I never figured that part out. Then when you have the feature you want selected, you can change the intensity by increasing or decreasing the level numbers by using the plus and minus buttons.One thing to keep in mind is that hair doesn’t conduct electricity. So when I need to do the base of my head, I have to get my hair quite wet. You could also use electrode gel but that is too messy. Also, you can turn the massager facing away from you or towards you and that helps when you need to change positions of the metal pads.Overall, this massager has been a lifesaver and helps my neck muscles release. I am so glad I found this!

I bought this neck massager hoping it would help. When my package it arrived, the box was damage, the remote did not work, and the item was poor quality. I am so unhappy with this product. In addition, trying to get in touch with the seller was impossible. I filed a request on Amazon and the seller is supposed to respond in 48 hours. The seller did not contact me, so I had to call Amazon customer service to file a refund request. Even Amazon could not get a response from the seller. Amazon is escalating my refund and now I have to wait another 48 hours from them. I am happy with Amazon's customer service, but is just unfortunate I had to spend 38 minutes of the phone having to do this. The seller is unprofessional and product poor. I would not recommend it.

I really loved this massager and my husband too since we work a lot and with that we can relax without the need to use our hands, while we rest we relax 10/10

The best!! When my shoulder in pain from getting shot. It’s like my neck and the back of my shoulder is in so much pain!! After I get out the tub relax and turn this on my life is Much better.
