Ok, so I bought this for an upcoming trip abroad....I have already been using it! I love it! It is super comfortable, light and easy to use. It really works and is such good value for money. I researched for ages all the different styles of travel pillows etc and I am now so glad I chose this one. It definitely suits me. Comfy, cosy naps in chairs or on the sofa never mind when you are travelling! I couldn’t stand the usual style of travel pillow as I felt they made me feel choked. This one is so easy to adjust to your needs and you don’t feel trapped in some U shaped construction. It is soft and yet firm enough. Just try it already!

On Amazon it clearly states -- fully MACHINE WASHABLE-- As you can see in the picture care instruction state DO NOT MACHINE WASH .Seller was very helpful and explained the Bcozzy could be machine washed on gentle if put into a pillow case first but this information could not be added to label on product this made good sense so all good now thank you

I really didn't get along with this pillow. I love the colour and texture but functionally, it felt uncomfortable. I need more general support around my head as well as under my chin and this doesn't provide it for me. My boyfriend doesn't like it either unfortunately!

It looks great and importantly, works great. The pillow being narrow at the back is great for my child's small and slim neck and the chin support is fantastic particularly for long sleeps in a car seat. My 7-year-old has used it on many long-haul flights and loves it. It also squishes down really well to stuff into hand luggage if you don't want it dangling off the side of your bags. I haven't washed it yet but it looks like it should do okay with a gentle wash.

I did a lot of research on best neck supports for my long flight and this came up in lots of reviews. However it wasn’t great. It almost needs a fastener to keep in place. It was OK but I’m sure there are better ones out there. The material is lovely.

This doesn't stay in place so it doesn't stop your head dropping forward when you fall asleep. It's a weird shape and fatter in some places than others but can't understand why. Total waste of money.
