It works well as part of my routine
I have been taking this supplement for a few days and I liked how it integrates into my daily routine. Bad ingredients
Silicone dioxide is not a good ingredient. This additive may contain nanoparticles, small molecules capable of crossing the intestinal barrier, accumulating in the organs and disrupting the guts micro biome potentially leading to inflammatory bowel disease. By disturbing the immune response it could in particular promote the onset of celiac disease in certain people.

Works quickly
Absolutely works. Works so well that I am physically unable to eat because it makes me so nauseous. Even thinking about eating makes me sick which I guess is the purpose so if you’re trying to lose weight really fast i recommend.

Not the way I wanted it to work
Does it reduce appetite? Yes.Because I was NAUSEOUS the whole time.I was lethargic and felt awful, could only do it for 2 days and now have to feel bad until it clears my system.
