Danger! this item can be dangerous! I took two gummies a day for 3 days, on the second day I had cramping and by the third day I had spotting for the first time in 8 years past menopause. I stopped the gummies and by the 4th day I was full on having vaginal bleeding. I had to go to the emergency room and now on the 5th day still bleeding but home I've got a full pelvic exam coming up on Monday. I have terrible cramps and my abdomen is so swollen that I cannot snap my pants. The ingredients don't look harmful but this product has caused severe cramping and pain and possibly other issues for a post menopausal woman age 62.
