Best fan I’ve ever bought!
Lightweight, powerful, the misting function works better than expected! Sleep easily with it on speed setting 3 in 26’C, quiet running. Like that it’s handheld and runs on a battery.Well worth the money but my only disappointment was the fact I paid £129.99 and the next day Amazon reduced the price to £99.99 was tempted to send this one back and reorder it to save £30 but I gets lots of delivery problems at my address so thought it’s not worth all the agro. I’m already £100 out of pocket thanks to Amazon not delivering some of my orders.

Great fan, shame it can’t blow the packaging away
The Shark is just what we needed, a powerful, lightweight and versatile, cooling fan. The packaging used by Amazon was ridiculous. I thought it was a wind up. Box inside box inside box, with extra paper thrown in. The product could easily have been delivered just using its own packaging. Instead we now have a mound of cardboard to dispose of, which might be better than lots of plastic and polystyrene but still needs producing, transporting and recycling all of which are resource heavy. Why did you choose this product over others?:Price, quality, brand recognition

Attractive looking and effective portable fan with powerful top speeds and quiet overnight
The media could not be loaded. From the perspective of a woman who has recently been put into artificial menopause by Prostap injections and is having aaaaalllll the fun of hot flushes, this misting fan is absolutely amazing. And I really liked the range of pastel colours this came in. I opted for the blue version and had thought from the product images that it didn't look as much as though it was two tones of the same colour as the other pastel versions, but can confirm this is two shades of blue. This isn't a particularly large fan, but is a decent table top size and is very sturdily made. The fan feels nice and steady on its feet and its looks are cute. This is quite lightweight and the top handle makes the fan really easy to move about. The fan has a good range of variable speeds and the misting function has two settings - constant and intermittent. On the lowest two power settings this is really quiet: I have no trouble using the first setting as an overnight option with the fan pointed at me. It definitely helped with my current heat regulation problems and didn't disturb my OH. This gives just a gentle breeze, but is noticeable.By the third of the speed settings, this is getting appreciably noisy, and at its highest level this is really roaring - but also delivering a powerful blast of cooling air. There are also two settings which purport to mimic natural wind conditions at stronger and gentler levels - these settings vary the fan speed. The misting function isn't directly variable for the amount of mist delivered, and I was initially a bit surprised by how strong the jet is, but then realised that this is more concentrated when the fan is on lower speeds, with more powerful settings the wind behind it diffuses it more. It makes a little bit of a hissing sound when active. The only direct control for the misting function is whether it's on fully, on intermittently, or turned off. I think this function will definitely be a benefit on warmer days and it certainly makes me feel better when I'm running warm, so it's saving me on that front. I had been using both a fan and a humidifier during overnight hot flashes, but with this I have need of only one device. There is a cover over the mister right in the centre of the fan’s front, which needs to be lifted open when this is in use. The water tank, which is built in to the top of the fan, doesn't hold a huge amount of liquid, so needs a bit of care when filling. The charging cable has a low voltage transformer. Somehow I had expected this to be white (perhaps from the pastel shades of the range), but in fact it's black. The battery when fully charged lasts well - after running it overnight on low power there's still plenty of juice remaining. The price point is quite high for a compact fan, or even for a rechargeable one. But this has added features such as the misting function, and waterproof cover for the connector pin, that make it particularly impressive. It's so good it's worth it.======Update 19/06Can confirm: the misting function is definitely a benefit on warmer days. It hit 29 here today and the misting adds a bit of extremely welcome cooling. Our dog is now in love with this!

Excellent and quiet
Small, very quiet and keeps you nice and cool. 5 speeds, plus breeze settings where it flow strengthens and weakens. Amazing as it is, but the mist feature helps keep you cool and really works well. Plus as it’s rechargeable, you can take it outside and use it. What more could you want?I like that the lights go off after a while and so at night, it’s on but not visible.

Battery not great, but fan itself is brilliant
This is a great fan, it's lightweight and easy to carry around, and it puts out some lovely, cool air which is exactly what is needed right now with this heat wave. The fan is also pretty quiet, which is perfect for use whilst trying to watch TV. What has upset me though, considering the price, was that setting 3 is supposed to last for up to 3.5 hours on battery, but after fully charging the fan and putting it onto setting 3 it lasted less than an hour for me. I bought this for use in my home office where I currently have limited wall plug space, so it's not ideal that the battery life doesn't last as long as expected, but it is still a great fan.

Easy to set up, powerful fan. Lovely cold mist!
The media could not be loaded. Just had this delivered and it's excellent!Took a couple of hours to charge, easy to fill up with water and away you go!The misting feature is a game changer. Can't wait to use this tonight to cool down before I sleep. It's pretty quiet too.Shame it's not got a remote or a timer though.

Clammy Appendages be gone!
The media could not be loaded. For someone who likes the cold, the current heat/humidity is causing me a level of discomfort and clammy-ness in area that really shouldn’t be constantly damp. I can only liken it to wearing my own personal sauna - without the oversized naked men - not pleasant!I have fans, who doesn’t! But these fans are had wired, noisy and often large if you want something more powerful than coughing chihuahua. Then if I want to sit in the garden and avoid being covered in a wet sheen I’ve got no hope!Behold the Shark Flex Breeze! A portable, rechargeable, powerful and quiet fan that also spouts out a cooling mist! I can now sit inside or outside and never need to peel appendages away from sticky skin. The battery last ages, the water container is sufficiently large and if I felt like taking it to Tescos cafe I can…..I haven’t but I will if not only to embarrass my wife.Expensive….possibly….but I’d take one of these over 3 terrible ones every day. Go on, buy one, you know you want to!

Buy it!
A really good fan! It actually blows out cool air and it’s fairly quiet plus it takes up little space. I recommend itSlightly expensive for a fan but if you compare it to an air con unit it’s good value
