At first I tried to get a salt lamp night light but I didn’t like the idea of it burning all night and the potentiometer fire hazard. But when I came across the positive reviews of the similar situation I was in I was sold. And my goodness they didn’t disappoint!Review pointers:Color quality: absolutely beautiful! I love the multiple color options, 4 options and the last is all the color options alternating shown in the video provided.Softness: while it does have a hard top and lacks the capability of truly being a pillow, my daughter still lays it flat and is able to cuddle with it to help soothe her anxiety of sleeping in the dark.Durability: While I purchased the Minnie about two months ago, the light did begin to fade in the middle of the second month and we did have to replace the batteries. But this was after countless weeks of constant usage!!Happy toddler=happy mommy and I have easily gained my moneys worth during this tough time adjusting to her new routine and I hope this review helps others dealing with the same situation I was in and is able to feel the same reassurance I felt reading all the honest reviews!!!Overall, I would rate this product a 9/10 only reason it didn’t get 10/10 is due to the hard shell top but above all is an amazing product and would definitely buy again!!

I bought this for my child for Christmas & she loves it! Not only is Minnie Mouse her favorite character but she is a stuffed animal fanatic! Makes bedtime so much fun, car rides more enjoyable for everyone and late night play sessions even more magical when we get to lay and watch the lights change on the ceiling! She loves to turn the lights off and push the button a million times to see the different light settings! 10/10 Pillow pet knocked this one out of the park

The lights eventually died out on both pillow pets but I'm sure I can get new batteries. My daughter loved hers but only for a short amount of time. I thought they were soft and cute . Good price for two of them.

The Rockin the Dots Minnie Mouse was a perfect pre-Disney trip gift for our autistic grandson. He immediately turned it on and watched the lights--even though it was still daytime. He uses it when he is going to sleep at night, it calms him down and helps him to not be afraid. Great gift

This is a functional product that is adorable but we had expectations of the child at least putting their head somewhere on its body or wrapping arm around it for a soft cuddle to feel more safe in their environment at night. The majority of the top and bottom of her body is covered with plastic. Cinching the pillow closed underneath makes comfort level worse. She looks more fluffy in the pictures than she actually is. Basically, the ratio of plastic to plush is off in my opinion. There are 3 light choices. Two are color related and the third involves changing light. The last option was too distracting for child to fall asleep. We have to place cloth over half of the light plate each night due to level of brightness no matter the light choice we make. We prefer the second light choice which is mostly blues and greens. I would not buy this particular product again. Minnie is cute and child could not part with it. For this reason it was not a returnable item for us. Also to note, There were a few nights it was not set to timer and stayed on for 10-12 hours at a time. We had to switch batteries after the third night. Might need to take this into consideration if you will keep it on throughout the night.
