The ONLY NEGATIVE: ALL INSTRUCTIONS ARE IN CHINESE! That was amusing. I believe that if they are going to sell this product in the USA they need some simple instructions in English. The Chinese was difficult to read for me, not knowing it. ASIDE FROM THAT it is the BEST pancake griddle I have ever had! Season it a little with vegetable oil for a few minutes as noted on this product page. Does not need extreme heat. Very good clean cooking surface. Handle is very good no hot pad needed. Hey Deslon! If you want some help with the English I have a Chinese friend that would happy to help you and needs a little extra cash. She would do a great job. As for the consumer, If you want a great pancake griddle at a good price - get this!

Non stick. Easy to clean, just wipe. Hasn't warped. Large and flat for dosa or roti or crepes. Just a bit of a rim. The handle is off set so that there's no screws in contact with the burner. Heavy metal, but not too heavy to lift easily.

Fun griddle but slightly crowned in the middle so butter and oil run to the outside edge...good thing there is one. Otherwise smart looking and easy to use.

I like the size of this skillet/griddle. I can make an entire breakfast on it. It cleans up easily and is easy to store.

Griddle received today, December 9, 2018, 8:30 am. Unpacked, but all handling instructions and product labeling is in Chinese. I need conditioning and handling instructions.

I bought this pan because it's supposed to have healthy non stick coating. But as soon as I put it on stove, it released a really bad chemical smell. I am not comfortable using a pan with that smell. I don't think it's healthy, it's toxic. Returned it right away.
