Horrible Customer Service
Clock was easy to set up and use but started malfunctioning a week after install. After trying to reach out to Amazon and the seller I got absolutely no help from either one.

very cheaply made. And easy to break
I have used the time pilot products before in the past and had great success. However this time pilot model vetro was a great disappointment. I had it sitting on the shelf. for my employees to use. And when I went to retrieve the data with the USB chip it slid off the shelf and fell against the carpet and it fell apart. now the screen will not work and I cannot get customer service to return my calls. Still working on trying to figure out my last week of hours. This product is not very durable. I would recommend the time pilot puck instead.
