I’m 3 1/2 months out and this tens unit replaced all of the wired ones I have and is a ton more convenient than any of those. I see people complaining about the app that is used to control it and I am dumbfounded as to how that is. As soon as you unplug the unit it begins to beep because it wants to connect to the app. As you open the app and agree to the user Agreement it will connect immediately and open to the interface of the pictures I showed above. When the time is done and it disconnects from the app. It immediately begins beeping to let you know to turn the actual unit itself off.Very good TENS unit for mild/moderate muscle strain and tension. Unit works well with quite a good variety of programming options. Battery life excellent, more than 20+ hrs of use per charge so far. Unit is compact and slim, easy to fit in a pocket. Super compact, long battery life, and great carrying case. Been using it to rehab some internal scaring on my quad and seems to work great. The modalities can be a bit confusing, but if you consult with a Physio or Athletic Therapist they should be able to help you sort it out. Would recommend for home use.I got this specifically to avoid cords and going through single use pads. Out of the about 8x ive used it ive only had to wash the gel pad twice. The remote has a screen which I love and the intensity settings are amazing. This is insanely convenient for using at work and holds up to my walking, bending, and stooping. The charge lasted quite a bit and ive only had to recharge once. This is one of my favorite pain relief methods after years of pills and patches.multiple modes and intensities to choose from. It has a long lasting rechargeable battery that can be used several times between charges. The included pads can be reused several times. It is easy and convenient to use at home or at work. I have a wired TENS unit that I have used in the past. This wireless unit is so much more convenient to use. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who suffers from joint or nerve pain. I have used it on my back, shoulder and knee.

So I've had on many TENS machines, but I didn't know that it was possible to have variety of options for how it felt on your body. The upside is the app lets you choose different types of settings, not just the intensity. The strips are nice and big so they cover a good variety of your body. It's easy to charge and hard to get lost because they're attached. It's great for pain because you can adjust what you need at what spot. It's very adorable I like material it's made of smooth. The only real flaw I see with it is the app. It keeps having connectivity issues which is really annoying. But the machine is so good I still give it five stars

I was dealing with some sore muscles after work and figured I would try one of those little gadgets that zap the pain away. This one sticks right on your skin and connects to your phone through an app. It has a bunch of modes – like 18 of them – and most feel like tiny pulses or tapping. Some are kind of weird at first, but after a while it actually helped my shoulders feel less tight.The wireless part is nice cause you do not have to mess with a bunch of cords. Just slap it on, pick a mode, and let it do its thing while you chill. The app is pretty easy to use, and it lets you adjust the strength so you are not accidentally shocking yourself like a cartoon. Battery lasts a while too, which is good if you forget to charge stuff like I do.Only thing is the sticky pads can lose grip after a few uses, especially if you are sweaty or moving around a lot. Also, some modes feel kinda the same, so I do not really use all 18 – just a few favorites. Would have been cool if it came with extra pads, but no big deal.If you are looking for a simple way to deal with muscle aches without popping pills, this thing is not bad. Not magic, but it helps take the edge off after a long day. Just do not expect it to turn you into a pro athlete overnight – it is more like a pocket-sized massage with a little zap.

The device itself works well. I do not like the app that is used to control it. It will only go for 30 min at a time then you have to get on your phone to restart it. I feel that the app could be more simplified and you should be able to decide how long you want the therapy to last. I feel it is expensive compared to my other cordless tens device. I prefer to use the other because of things I listed above.

works great the app is great, it’s very strong, i’m usually not moving past level 2. The case it comes in was really tough to get out though and gels seem to be not as sticky for using it 3 times we will see, but that’s why i’m removing one star. I don’t like whoever delivered it though they didn’t bother bringing it to the door, or take it down a few steps.
