Very nice massager for nick and shoulder it works beautifully and helps me with my migraines too the quality is great and heavy it is rechargeable and wireless so you can have it on when you’re laying down.

Highly recommend! This massager is great for those suffering from neck and shoulder pain. We all can’t get Monthly massage all the time and this is a great alternative! My only regret is that I did not find this sooner!

I had a neck fracture last October and am now seeing physical therapist who helps a lot. I love this neck and shoulder massager and would have given 5 star, as far as massaging is concerned. But, to my opinion there are two issues. 1) the heating part , which it doesn’t heat at all and 2) the control command should have been placed a lot lower so that one could use it while it’s working.

This is a great relaxation tool. It really kneads deeply and is easy to use.

The item appeared to have been a return as the box appeared it had been opened and the massager did not have plastic on it. The massager does not work and did not come with a USB cable as listing described. I am unsure how it is lawful to resend returns to customers who are expecting and paying for a new item.

I have seen these allllll over TikTok and everywhere, but honestly I thought it was probably not as good as people were “advertising”. I ended up deciding to take a chance and ordered this one (cordless!!) and it arrived last night. And let me tell you- THIS THING IS INCREDIBLE! The only “downside” is it does not let off enough “heat” so can’t really feel that much, but whether you use this on your neck, shoulders, back, or even sciatic nerve- you will be drooling!! Soon as I turned it on, my entire body got goosebumps!

Everyone needs one of these that has neck or back pain! I love my massages but they can get expensive. This does the job between my pricey massages!

It gets out the muscle kinks but the wireless one doesn’t hold a charge. I can charge it over night and it will only go for 10 minutes. I thought it was an auto shut off safety feature so I would leave it alone for 5 or more minutes and it would not come back on. I would have to leave it on the charger for at least a few hours for it to start again. I just charged it for an hour and it literally worked for two minutes. I got so frustrated I decided to write this review. Do not buy the wireless one.
