I was amazed by the true to size fit. It is perfect. My waist size is a 34in, so I ordered a medium. I love the material, it is so thick, and so smooth. When it is under your clothing, you don't notice it at all. My first time wearing the waist trainer, it didn't bother me at all. I work in a production room where you are always moving your body and always moving around. The steel boning is very flexible, so I didn't feel anything digging into my body.

Wow!!!.. I just put this on and I can already tell its the best waist trainer I have ever worn 😃 I LOVE how its a little wider at the bottom then it is at the top, I have bought a bunch of different ones, high quality and less expensive ones and they all dug in and hurt at the bottom as well as breaking off the two lower hooks. I am 5'7 currently 172lbs and measure right now at a 33 inch waist 1 inch above my belly button and I am wearing the medium and it fits perfectly! I was a little worried it wouldn't fit and it took some time to get it on slowly starting from the bottom to the top but once it was on I was Amazed at how well it fit 😄🎉 I don't have extra chub hanging out the top or bottom it fits like a glove and I am Soo Excited for my process of sizing down.. I am currently in the process of losing the love pounds I slowly packed on in my relationship, went from 135 to 180 and I've got some ways to go.. I have the most wonderful boyfriend 😇 and I want to get back on track and look good for him and myself again. I Highly Recommend this product! Even if your already at your desired weight it will re shape your figure and give you that Sexy hourglass shape 👑 love Love LOVE!!!.. I just ordered another in small and will continue to order as I size down and to maintain my figure.

I am in love with this waist trainer!! I was able to size down in less than a week. I ordered this one first (black size Medium) then I ordered a small (hot pink) in 3 days I was down 2 inches, the hot pink took me about 3 weeks to size down and now I’m ready to order a new one (XS). I highly recommend this company, great quality, you will loose weight (everywhere) and inches off your waist! Remember consistency is the key to stinking your waist. I started off at 2 hours per day and work all the way up to 12 hours a day. Listen to your body, everyone is different, remember to eat and drink plenty of water. I lost a total of 4 inches in one month!!

Good quality product. If u measure your waist it is true to your size. I am happy with this product I cud have gotten a size down though, I am postpartum 210 pounds Caribbean girl and measuring a waist 37inches I ordered a large but it hooks on the third already comfortably. I can breathe '' a Best Buy especially for the price u will not regret

I absolutely love this waist trainer! I decided to get this brand after seeing the Luxx Health Videos on YouTube and I am not disappointed at all. It was a bit hard to squeeze into the first time but after wearing it for a couple days, your body gets used to it. It's very comfortable and makes me feel amazing, plus the Facebook group for the luxx brand is incredibly supportive! For anyone saying that this does not come with a guide as promised.. it does, a digital version only! When you receive the product, the tag will include information on how to download the guide on your phone or laptop.

Followed the provided size chart in the photo section - not amazon’s - and it was still too small. I’m falling right on a size change and went with the firmer fit and couldn’t get it hooked on the largest clasps. Will be keeping this however since I am excercising and hope that I will lose some of my extra fluff quickly. I did reorder the bigger size and it should arrive soon. Quality is EXCELLENT which was my main reason of keeping the smaller size to work down to.

I'm a bit crazy and I ordered an XXS, which I'm happy about because I was tempted to order a size xxxs instead. For some reason I believe I'm smaller than I actually am lol. Anyways it almost didn't fit but with a bit of force I managed to get it on. I'm 5'3 and weigh around 130. It's super tight tho, but I've been wearing waist trainers for months now so I'm fairly used to it. Although if this is your first time ordering and you're the same size as me I'd advise you to go for xs instead. The hooks are better quality than all the waist trainers I have tried. I have tried 6 other waist trainers all from Amazon as well. From my experience just order this one. The price might throw you off, but it's worth it. Feel free to order other waist trainers to get a feel of your true size before getting this one tho, that's what I did.

The waist trainer is truly awesome! It did add some curve to my waist. I ordered an XXS and at first, there was anout four solid inches between each side. It was difficult to put on, but after a week, it was easy. I never thought I would make it the second hook but I did. I really love how curvy I look with it on. Unfortunately I have stopped wearing it because I feel that I need to strengthen my core and the trainer makes my back depend on the trainer. I do plan on maybe wearing it for a month consistently while working out my core intensely, then when the month is over, I will only wear the trainer maybe for one week out of the month to maintain the curves and keep my back strong. I really love this trainer. Totally worth the price!!

I bought this because of the great reviews. First 3 days I loved it! Day 4 one of the bones started digging in and poking me. I opened a ticket. Day 5 the boning is coming out!

The wires are poking out of the corset and now it’s all flimsy and no longer holding it’s shape

Just recieved this today. I love it, i already have it on and my waste looks so much small and hourglass shaped. Delivery was fast, a couple of days.
