Comfortable and lightweight
The media could not be loaded. These shoes fit my grandfather very well, as he has wide feet and due to some health problems his feet are swollen. What he liked most, besides the fact that the shoes fit very well, is that they are lightweight and help him a lot when moving around. These shoes are durable, comfortable, easy to put on and take off, good design, well made and we recommend them.

Easy fasten, supportive and lightweight
These wide easy fasten shoes are great for when my feet swell. They offer a decent amount of support to my feet, but I have bad feet and find I still need to add insoles. However I believe if you don't have daily foot pain like mine these would be supportive enough. The easy opening allows for reduced mobility making them easy to put on. They also super lightweight. I got the extra wide, but in retrospect the wide would have been sufficient even for thise swollen days. They're not cheap but they are well made and you get what you pay for.

Very expensive but well made and ideal for purpose
I have extremely wide feet and the extra wide shoes are ideal. They are significantly wider than normal shoes. I have to buy two sizes too large normally but these fit easily only one size larger. Very comfortable with good grip suitable for elderly insecure walker.

Generous fit but not very supportive
These shoes are supplied in a plastic bag rather than a cardboard box. I would not call them a fashion item, not a shoe I would wear out, but they are advertised as slippers. Perfect for wearing around the home and garden, taking the rubbish out etc. waterproof soles but not tops. The Velcro fastening only needed adjusting once, the shoes could then be slipped on and off easily. I did feel that they were not supportive, yet they are comfortable and warm. The extra width certainly allows for swollen feet and they are easily adjusted with the Velcro straps.

Orthopaedic trainers.
A good option for men with swollen feet related to medical issues, these provide a very wide fitting, deep sole, a great deal of interior padding and a simple Velcro closure. They are extremely comfortable, and well priced within their market. Recommended.

Comfortable and Supportive, but Sizing Runs Large
I bought these FitVille Extra Wide Diabetic Shoes for my uncle, who has swollen feet and struggles with plantar fasciitis. The adjustable Velcro straps make it very easy for him to slip them on and off, which is especially helpful with his limited mobility. The deep toe box provides plenty of space so his toes don’t feel cramped, even with the swelling. He feels that the cushioning sole adds a lot of comfort while walking, helping to ease some of the pain in his feet. The only issue we faced was the sizing. He usually wears a size 9, but these shoes fit larger than expected. We think an 8.5 might be a better fit for him. Otherwise, these shoes are very well-designed for anyone with foot issues, offering solid support and all-day comfort. They’re a good option for easy-to-wear, orthopaedic footwear with extra width.

Could be designed a bit better, hurting the front of my feet
At first these seemed great - I suffer with swollen feet, and have practically no arch - and my feet are wide anyway so most shoes I have to buy a size bigger just to accommodate the width - and having the velcro to fasten them is a good design. However, they do look pretty ugly, I have to admit! Usually photos don't do things much justice, but these look a lot better in the photos than they do on my feet! The other thing I found was that to have them tight enough to fit, the 'bridge' of the fabric across the front/top of the foot digs in as I walk - there's no give in them, and especially with swollen feet the fabric is pushing in to the foot and hurting. What they need is some elastic part so that the fabric moves with the foot. The shoes I'd hoped to replace are slip on and have elasticated parts on both sides of the foot so although they remain tight, the front/top of the foot doesn't get pushed in with each step. All they'd need is this little bit of give at the front and they'd be great. Shame as I struggle to fins anything besides a slipper type shoe or a walking boot comfortable enough.
