After my meniscus injury, I looked into the latest research on what supplements would help. I found most of supplements I looked at had an outdated approach. I found this to have all of the ingredients the true experts recognize as the gold standard and have seen a marked improvement over the last 2 months.

Started taking this product because I noticed my joints & ligaments felt worn down due to years of being active. From weight lifting 4-5x a week to playing soccer my body was craving something to help it repair. I’ve been taking this supplement for close to 3 months now and have noticed a significant difference in my range of motion, my inflammation & recovery time.

Used the whole bottle to see if it would help for artritic knee and shoulder pain.... so now it's four weeks later and no relief whatsoever :(The reviews were misleading as I look back. One person said it was the "gold standard" in supplements and another said "life changing". I say I spenT $52.00 and didn't notice one bit of improvement. I'd perfer if people said it worked for me so maybe it will work for you." This is a total waste of money and worse than that, a loss of hope. Terrible product. It is not the gold standard of anything. People in pain need relief, not false hope
