So far so good. It doesn't make me jump through hoops but I think I feel a it healthier while taking it . It says it is for women of all ages but I think there is little any tablets can do for post menopausal women but I will persevere as they are not doing me any harm.

Supplements are often hard to review, unless you get really life changing results, and it can be hard to know if it is a placebo effect. I didn’t notice any great changes with these, however I didn’t have a particular issue that I was trying to support, so may be worth a try for someone who does. They were big enough to swallow, but I do trust the luka brand from my experience with their teas.

Vedic medicine is growing in popularity in the West and Shatavari is known to be one of the most effective and highly recommended Vedic supplements. Its reputation for balancing hormones, particularly for women of all ages, whether during childbearing age or through menopause, is excellent. I would have loved to have known about it when I was younger. But, that said, it is great for soothing my post-menopausal symptoms. My much-hated hot flushes and accompanying hot sweats are a thing of the past since starting to take these - and my skin is glowing as well, which is brilliant. I am really pleased with them will be recommending them to my daughter.

Having almost finished the course, it is difficult to say if it had a direct effect but I have noticed my skin is clearer than usual and I felt more balanced emotionally over the past month to 6 weeks. Will definitely buy again for a longer trial.
