Before anything else, I have massive hands and this fits me. 9 inch hands, I can palm a basketball, need 2xl gloves. My daughters hands are little and she can operate this knife as well as I can.This knife is not the knife you are using to open boxes. It's not meant to go out and do your daily work. This is a self defense knife. It is created by Doug Marcaida, not by Buck or Old Timer. This is meant for fighting not anything else. You can use it for what you please, but this was designed for a specific purpose. That's what I think is bringing this guy down on Amazon.I personally put the clip on the opposite side as it came on. The clip is on the fox logo side not the signature side for me. I can draw it using my pinkie finger in the ring in a slightly backward motion which puts the weapon in a slashing position for handling out of my pocket rather than a stabbing position. I was trained in slashing and not stabbing, slashing can create more damage and allows more combat potential for defense rather than the stabbing position.These positions I speak of are if you put a closed fist around the weapon is the blade pointing in the same direction as your thumb or not.I would get trained on using this style of knife before deciding this is for you and complaining because it isn't your style. Remember what it is for. And what it is meant to do it will do so well. Balanced. Light, comfortable.

It's a good knife if you want a wave opening karambit style tanto knife.

Fits my hand great, draws smooth and fast. Nice blade. One of my favorites.

Perfect size for EDC. The wave feature allows for very quick opening. A bit pricey, but it's hard to find a quality karambit with this design.

Good knife, small but not too small

This is my 3rd knife from Fox Knifes, and if you can tell, I've had this one for awhile now. I'm an electrician, and I use it daily at work cutting and stripping wire/cable. I also invested in a couple of knife sharpeners. This sucker keeps a really good, sharp edge for quite awhile. I also have the krambit version of this knife, but this is the one, "The Dart", is the one I use as my EDC.

I bought years ago but recently lost the newer version of this FOX Karambit, the XT. Though it's still my favorite, it's sold out frequently. I bought this older version and have zero complaints about it. It doesn't have the newer model's window breaker function or the reinforced blade lock, but it deploys fast and operates smoothly. Excellent for self defense.

The quality is great, but the design is lacking especially the bottle opener hook protruding from the top of the blade, it catches the pocket fabric regardless of which side the pocket retainer clip is located, the hook caught and opened the very sharp blade, resulting in a sliced finger on the very first try of this new knife..I could have ground off the hook, but then it’s hard to open the blade and I didn’t want to jack up a nearly $200 knife..not for me…I’ll find a better safer designed edc blade..Returned for refund, ….good luck 🍀
