Very elegant, the only thing is the salad fork seems more like the size of a dessert fork. But i still love the small aspect of it. Really cute, and dainty. Has a good weight to it as well. Comes with a care card.

I recently ordered a set of Kingstone brand serving utensils that I was quite impressed with. This silverware set seemed like it would match quite well, and I hoped it would be of the same quality. I was not disappointed!Each piece feels extremely well crafted. The steel is dense and weighty (but not overly so), particularly in the ornately designed handles. I don't think the vintage design would be a perfect fit in every kitchen/dining room, but it is still quite meticulously designed, with no signs of mass manufacturing. Each utensil's end is narrow and sharp (where appropriate), particularly the spoons, which have an especially smooth edge, which makes them more pleasant on the lips than some of my other spoons.As stainless steel, they clean easily and are dishwasher safe, though they do include care instructions that suggests not soaking them. I'm not too concerned about their durability, though; they're quite nice but not the sort of silverware that's too nice to use!The only downside I can think of is that I only ordered two sets, and might need to order two more! But overall, I can't see any real reason not to give these a big recommendation if you like the style!

I'm disappointed. I've been looking forward to trying this brand for a year now and when I saw these were an option I jumped on them.I've been looking for solid, lasting silver wear for my dining room. These feel hallow and cheap. Especially the knives. The handles ring under my finger nails.The smaller pieces feel more elevated but its not enough to impress me. Won't be buying the rest of the set.

This is a very nice set of silverware that really needs to be seen in person to appreciate the intricate carving on the handles and mirror finishes on the utensils. It definitely makes a strong impression for when you want to set out a fancy dinner. Other reviews have remarked that they felt lightweight, but to me they are perfect: just a bit on the heavy side of average for something with thick handles. I am not sure if these will be good for daily use, because a lot of their impact comes from the mirror finishes so you will want to keep them looking new for special occasions. The sizing is fairly standard, and these are dishwasher safe. The tines on the forks are sharp and function well. The knives cut decently, but don't expect them to replace your steak knives. At the current price of $59.99 for a set of 20 pieces, I think they are a decent value for their quality.

This 10-piece collection consists of two each of dinner forks, luncheon/salad forks, tablespoons, teaspoons and non-serrated dinner knives. They are fabricated from 18-10 stainless steel, so that they are a solid weight and should not rust or discolor. They have a bright, reflective finish. The design is quite elegant and reminiscent of the Edwardian era. The salad/luncheon forks seem a little small in comparison to the other pieces, but flatware size preference is very subjective. The price point is about $30 per 5-piece place setting. If you set a formal table for holidays or entertain regularly or simply like a little luxury in your daily dining experiences, then this flatware is for you!

This Vintage Carved silverware set is absolutely beautiful. The carving design looks so exquisite. The stainless steel is of high quality and nicely weighted. All the pieces are well-sized, substantial, and comfortable to hold. The knife was moderately sharp. They washed fine in the dishwasher, although I could see a few dry water spots on the cutlery. But overall, a nice set, albeit a bit on the expensive side.

This KINGSTONE Vintage Carved Silverware Set is just OK. It's definitely NOT worth the three digit price it was selling for when I placed my order though. It looks nice, if a bit over fancy for my taste, so sitting on the table as a place setting there's no problem. There is however a surprising realization of how light weight each piece is. I have nice flatware and this does not compare in quality to that at all. The balance is off, on the knives especially, and because they are so lightweight they feel cheaply made. Though not as cheaply as some of my silverware which is flat cut from sheet. These are nicer than that. The smaller spoons and forks are a nice comfortable size but the larger sets are a little too large for my liking. With first use they clean up nicely by hand. We'll have to use them a lot more to see how well the shine holds up. If you can get this set at a significantly lower price than the three digits I did then this could make a nice gift. It does come in a nice looking gift box, however, open it up and inspect it for yourself before gifting this set. Just so you know that the high price doesn't mean high quality.
