Q: Can i use this with full swing ?

Yes, you can use it with a full swing. You will want to swing slowly (20% of your normal swing), especially when you first start using the training aid. It's better to start with a wedge, and as you can do the drill without hitting your lead side, you can start changing clubs. I don't recommend ever going full out, but after using the training aid for a bit you can increase your swing speed. The Anti-Flip still is all about getting your body and hands to work together. As you practice this movement your body will start to understand what you are trying to do. :)

Q: How long is it? Does it work on all clubs or just short irons?

It is about 18 inches (45cm) long. Slides over your grip. It fits on all clubs in my bag. Have medium size grips and it is very snug. Standard size grips should not be an issue either. Helps to stay closer with your clubs to your body at takeaway and indicates early wrist hinging. Also helps at downswing and follow through since it forces you to get your hands further towards the target which should reduce fat shots and encourage “ball first” hits.

Q: Can this be modified slightly to fit midsize grips? Wonder if a heat gun would work to get the rubber ID to expand for my needs.

My grips are medium sized and if anything the training aid is slightly large ... so, my answer would be, quite possibly... but couldn't say for certain. Not sure about the heat gun and would try stretching before trying heat,

Q: Will these fit over medium size jumbo max grips?

The cap is 1" in diameter so I would measure your grips, but I don't think it will fit over a jumbo grip. Sorry.
