✔Seasoned kettlebell athletes don't use hard wrist protection during kettlebell exercises because it hides the bad form and you are risking a chance of serious wrist, elbow and shoulder injury. ✔Our pads provide enough protection without "locking" your wrist and allow for full range of motion. These wrist pads soften the impact of kettlebells against your forearm during workout, for example snatches.✔Our wrist pads are made out of SUPER ABSORBENT and BREATHABLE cotton blend. They keep sweat from getting on your kettlebell handle (if you are not sweating, you are not doing it right), reducing a chance of a kettlebell slipping off your hand and increasing your workout safety (if you ever had a kettle lend on your foot, you would know what we mean). P★PLEASE, NOTE: Our wrist pads are very STRETCHY and therefore, highly ADAPTABLE to any wrist size. If they feel too tight on your wrists, feel free to stretch them with your hands to the desired width. Stretched too much? No worries! Just wash them and they will go back to their original size, so you can try again.

They get the job done (almost) - comfortable to wear.... Stay in place too...
Excellent choice from the myriad of options out there - just skip them and go for these instead. Thought they where just a little high priced for what they are designed to accomplish - but once you get them on you'll change your mind too. Probably will get another pair (just to mix/match colors). They are that good. You wont be disappointed unless you have very (extremely) large forearms - then they might not be for you. Really better for use in dumbbell press movements.Have 5 pairs - the color striped one is the neatest - fits best...

A Must Have Accessory for Women's Kettlebell Workouts!!
Only need the Charcoal and Red,White,Blue guards to complete the collection - hopefully KneeBees will design or add more colors! These are the ONLY wrist guards to have for kettlebell training - don't bother with any others. These are comfortable, stable on the lower arm/wrist, cute as heck and are almost six inches long compared with a couple of other popular brands at just over three inches and more appropriate as wrist sweat bands. For me, three inches is not nearly long enough to protect your lower or upper wrist area when racking, snatching, pressing or cleaning your kettlebells. I like a little bit of cushion for a sense of security and these are it. Yeah, they may be a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. I highly recommend!

I wasn't sure what to expect with these little wrist supports but they actually feel really nice on! I wasn't sure if them being cotton would provide that much protection against a kettlebell but they seem to be doing okay so far. I'm not sure how long they will last though, other reviews state that they hold up pretty well so I guess we'll see! Having the extra wrist support does benefit my exercise exponentially, I'm able to do more weight and focus on my form better without having to worry about my wrist failing.

Inside big seam hurts
These look nice, but after trying one on, I was alerted to the fact that There is a large seam, the wraps around the wrist on the inside of the band they made the wrist so uncomfortable that I had to remove the band.

Kettlebell lover
I really like the length and the thickness, they are very comfortable easy to slide on and off. I work out with Kettlebell‘s and sometimes my wrist will get bruised but not with these.

Seriously, they're great!
These are great, allow for flexibility, and cushions the fall of the kettlebell. If you have crummy technique they will still help until you get better. They're cute, inexpensive, and perfect. There stretchy and comfy, too, and they could fit on small to large wrists. Big meaty wrists might not fit, but average ones will. Don't buy anything more expensive. These wrist guards are simple, cheap, and effective - the trifecta!

I like them
They provide good support I've never used the ones with plastic but I feel this is a good middle ground for getting protection but maintaining good wrist mobility. I sometimes use a little prewrap and a strip or two of athletic tape if I want a little more wrist support
