It is thriving!
I purchased it in Aug. 2021 and planted it in the ground, zone 10a. It really didn't do much and in fact, lost most leaves, looking pretty much like a dying twig in the ensuing months. I took care of it anyway, then all of a sudden this spring it started to grow big beautiful leaves and started growing in size. Today when I went to check on it to my surprise, it is blooming! It's now a beautiful looking plant. Please don't give up on any plants folks. Mother nature knows what she's doing!

Not worth it
It's alive and overpriced. I got a tree 4X as large at home depot and just double the price. I hope it grows healthy.

Price, quality and looks as well
The plant arrived in a cardboard box, looked alive and vibrant, very small plant about size of a small 4" candle with 3 leaves. I would like to order but want to make sure this plant survives first.

Looks like a healthy little plant - Labeled as "Tikal Guava"
Received it in a small mailer box. Plant was packaged properly. Appears to be healthy. I have transferred the sapling to a small container for now. I have attached images for others to get an idea of the packaging and the initial plant size.I will update my review and rating in a few weeks after giving plant some time adjust to new environment and see how it grows.

Looks like a real guava
The sliced fruit picture is a guava as I call a guava! The plants 3 leaves look like I recall them too, which is what I’ve been searching for. When one asks for a quava, most places palm you off with a pineapple guava, which is not the same! The plant was well enough packaged and arrived quickly, which it should within FL. There were few instructions and whilst the plant was as described, it’s a little unnerving to see three small leaves on a twig! Hopefully it will live longer than me so I can enjoy it’s fruits.(I added the name stake in the picture.)
