I love the Jolly program, and using this frieze along with the book makes it easy to teach. I cut out the individual sounds, laminate them, and use them as flash cards to teach my Kindergarten students. When students learn from the very beginning that a makes the sound that is in ant and ai makes the long a sound it helps them to distinguish between the letter's name and the letter's sound. Later they will learn that a can also say the long sound if it is an open syllable.

As previous reviewers have said this wall frieze is HUGE but it does come in sections so you can divide it up, or only put one bit up at a time. Being so big it does make the pictures/letters/words easier to look at. We've put it up in my son's room and he enjoys reading them before going to bed. Having them there also makes it easier to do 'ad hoc' letter/sounds practice without it being a big deal. I would recommend these, but only if you have space on your walls!
