Old flour - only 2 weeks to expire day
I have got a big parcel of 6x400g boxes of chickpea flour that will expire in 2 weeks. There was nothing on product description that 2.5 kg flour that has 1 year shelf life will expire in 10 Aug 23.

Easy to use for a wide range of dishes
Easy to store as it comes in separate sealed boxes, so doesn't go soggy between uses. We are new to using chickpea flour but are very impressed with the range of dishes so far. Dishes such as yorkshire puddings, crepes, seem to stay fresh longer than ordinary flour versions. Be careful with quantities or you could end up with overdry cake. Its a bit like cooking with plain flour. Very tasty and very filling.

Good
I like it, but I tried the bread recipe on the box which didn’t work as well as a recipe I already had.
