The media could not be loaded. I've been using the Borosil Vacuum Cup on and off for over a year now, and it's easily one of my favorite cups. It retains heat really well and handles cold drinks decently—ice stays for about an hour or two. What I love most is the sleek, stylish look. It’s functional, pretty, and feels great to use. The product is compact, leakproof, and keeps drinks at the same temperature for many hours. But I have two small issues with the product.1. Difficult to clean. Separating the plastic part from the lid and cleaning the insulating rings thoroughly requires some time (and a lot of mental effort).2. At times, the lid does not screw on properly for some reason and stays slightly elevated on one side.TL;DR, Good product, needs to be cleaned thoroughly, I can't screw the cap on.Edit(1) after a month: I still can't get the lid to screw on, seems like a defect to me now because hot drinks don't stay at the same temperature for more than 2 hours. Iced drinks retain their temperature somehow (but its too small to be used for iced coffees imo).Edit(2) after 50 days of use: Still can't screw on the lid properly. Coffee lukewarm after 2 hours. Used it for tea one day and haven't used it since then because the plastic parts smell of elaichi constantly :(

I absolutely love this product and I’m posting a review after having used it extensively for more than 2 months.Pros:1. Keeps the beverage hot for a good amount of 5-6 hours2. Leak proof, I didn’t see it leaking or dripping liquid even once3. Travel friendly4. Light weight5. Price6. Ironically, I find it now better & more convenient than using a mug or cupI didn’t find a con yet however a few things to keep in mind1. Be extra careful while handling this as products like these are a little on the fragile side. Dropping it might surely break it.2. Didn’t use it for cold beverage so can’t comment if it’ll work the same like it does for hot beverages3. Refrain from washing the outside of the tumblr with a scrubber as it might damage the color coating.(FYI, everyday maintenance involves pouring a little hot water giving it a good shake after every use to clean the inside.Perhaps 2-3 times a week I add a little liquid soap & water give it a good shake to clean the inside and for the outside I just rinse it in normal water, that seems to do the job perfectly)I use the 300ml size which is enough for me but if you need they have a larger size available as well.Cheers!

Very useful product. Colour looks elegant. Light weight and leakproof. Best for gifting purpose. Value for money. The liquid stays hot for a longer duration. Easy to use. Even kids can use it as it's easy to open, drink and close. A great option for travel purpose too.

I am appalled to have received what was clearly a used and damaged product. The insulated coffee mug arrived with visible scratches and dents on the exterior, and what looks like coffee stains on the inside (as shown in the attached image). This is completely unacceptable for an item sold as new. I had no option but to return it immediately.

Beverages remains warm for a long time

The product send good but the lid is a bit wobbly and a bit light it might get unattached writin some time but who knows i will use it daily for a week to deside to keep it or return the design is good , it is good function wise but who knows about the lid it is durable but not the lid it is a bit loose

Good for the going people, keeps beverage hot for 2 hrs beyond that no point.Suitable for desk coffee or tea mug for slow sippers like me
