These are expensive, but I love the “mustard.” I haven’t tried the ketchup. I’ve had salad everyday since I started using the mustard. I mix it with some olive oil for easy and delicious dressing. Sometimes I’ll mix the oil and mustard before, but lately I’ve just drizzled both onto the lettuce and mixed together. It makes the AIP a little effortless, which is a big win!

So awesome! I have been making AIP meatloaf just to use this ketchup. It's crazy good, sweet and somehow?! It's tomatoey. Thank you, KC Naturals. And the mustard is an incredibly tasty replacement. I have been making sandwiches with it --butter lettuce instead of bread with salami, turkey, cilanto, pickled onions and this mustard. So great! If you would make mayo and salsa my life would be complete. ;)

I really wants to like these but I just didn’t. They didn’t taste like either catsup or mustard to me. I tried to fet last mu expectations of what these condiment “should” taste like and see if I could enjoy them on their own merit. Nope, they both went right in the trash.**note I tend to eat like a 5 year old. I just want things to tast ‘normal.’s. Maybe if you have a littleMore flexibility in the way you think food should taste you could enjoy these. I just couldn’t make them work.

I have been on the AIP elimination diet for a while. I have learned to eat foods that don’t taste very good, but this stuff was horrible. It was a waste of $25. Do not order these. I actually made condiments myself that tasted a lot better than this stuff. Very disappointed!!

These should not be called ketchup and mustard. They don’t taste bad, but they don’t taste anything like ketchup and mustard, and they are very very watery.I know it’s hard to get perfect tastes with AIP-friendly products, but for over $10 per bottle, I thought I’d be paying for something better than watery sauces that don’t even come close to ketchup and mustard.Super bummed.
