Put these in my shoes. Didn't work the first time cause they were improperly installed. After I put them in right, they actually worked.

I bought them for my Louboutin 150 (6inch) heels. I needed better ankle support and they helped with that. They are pricey but worth it for these red bottom shoes

I put them inside my favorite shoe and it pushes the foot towards the front causing blisters on my toes. (I did not get blisters before)

For the price - its a very thin/narrow insole. Tried to remove them and put in a 2nd pair of shoes..no more adhesive to allow them to stick. So pay $50 for each pair of insoles used for (1) pair of shoes. Doesn't work for me!

Not worth the price...I didn’t notice a difference at all. Maybe certain feet respond better to them but it did nothing for me...

Ok i don't wear heels...can't would be the better word for more than 1 hour without eing in extreme pain. I mean the pain that makes you feel hot and sweaty teying to tolerate. So we decided to try these...well i danced the night away in 3 inch heels and had only mild pain set in in the wee hours of the night. Its worth every penny.

These insoles really do work. I have three inch heels on my studded booties and now with the insoles I can wear them all day at work without discomfort. I highly recommend them and I will buy more.

Weren’t as magical as promised. I feel like any insole would have worked just as well.
