This is my new go to for tape. Design allows me to use just 1 strip instead of 2 with your standard rolls. Great quality that allows for me to keep on for several days as well. Will be buying again for sure!

If you really follow the instructions to heat the tape and wait several hours prior to sweating or getting it wet, it works perfectly!! Just note it provides a bit less support than other tapes. The fabric is somewhat less thick. Not a huge deal but my knees are pretty messed up so I just use 2 strips for strong support.

This is very strong athletic tape that is perfect if you have a tear in your shoulder like I did. I recommend looking on YouTube to really understand how to place the strips. Wore mine for several weeks & eased into a physical therapy. Great brand

Bought for my daughter for volleyball and unfortunately she has difficulty getting the adhesive to stick during play, despite following dire instructions.

I like these KT Tapes. I find them a little expensive, so I try hold out for the sales. They do a great job in helping my knee, elbow, bicep and back flare ups.

The product is fine but be very careful taking it off it will taking it off. It sticks very well so if you have sensitive skin do not use. I don't but had one. Small area that took skin off about the size of an eraser tip.

My grandson hurt his shoulder while wrestling. This tape, placed properly by the trainer, allowed him to continue his season. It really works.
