I started with size one and then tried size two but it didn’t fit my mouth good. I went back to size one. I have not stopped snoring completely but my husband says it has decreased tremendously and he is sleeping better. I have been sleeping better but it causes me to drool and I wake up dealing with that. Over all I would recommend it.

This product it so bad! Extremely uncomfortable, headaches, jaw pain. Have tried it for many days now to no avail only to find out it is not returnable! Read reviews that were very good and there were no bad reviews! So, I I purchased and now I can’t return it!

Wanted to love this product; Showed this product to my dentist as I have mild sleep apnea and a tendency to grind my teeth while I sleep. Commented that product is generic, does what it is supposed to do, helping those with mild sleep apnea in significantly reduce snoring and increasing the intake of air. He ordered me a Snore RX $99.00 and will charge me a minimal cost to mold to fit my bite, stabilizing my jaw while I sleep. The last Snore RX I had was purchased in 2017 and lasted 5 years.

For me, doesn’t eliminate snoring 100 Percent,but reduced the snore level enough to allow my Beloved Wife to to fall Asleep!
