Estoy muy satisfecho con este producto, el roller es muy resistente y fácil de armar, la única observación que tendría es que la alfombra es algo pequeña, pero no me molesta por que tengo una grande que es la que uso. Las cuerdas aún no las he isado (no se usarlas todavía) pero se ven muy resistentes y fácil de graduar. The strings have not been used yet (I will not use them yet) but they look very resistant and easy to adjust. In short, very happy with this package.

Needed to exercise more. Liked that it came with additional stuff. For people like me who are not physically fit, it takes a lot of practice and effort to use this product properly. It's not as easy as it looks. It kind of wobbles when i roll forward but I think that may be due to hand placement. Also, I like that there is some resistance when rolling backwards and forward. It helps if you have a flat surface or a mat.

Quality productWheel is sturdy although it is rather light. Very smooth I'm use.The mat is a a little smaller than I would prefer but provides a good cushion. Don't get me wrong, they fit your knees well when put together but if you wanted to open your knees or say have wider thighs, there might be a little issue.Bars are also very lightweight but surprisingly they feel very firm and the cushions one the bars themselfs take so much pressure off your hands.The rope is lightweight yet still feels like they would confidently support you whole body weight if it had to. The rope is a braided metal encased in plastic that is confident as a rope and durable long term. The handles are comfy and it is customizable for length quite simplyI would certainly buy this again

I bought this a few months ago (i think 6 ) and I recently started seeing the first 4 abs emerging. I only use this about twice a week as part of my training schedule. I do not eat completely clean which is probably the only reason that my abs are not visible yet. my core has become so much stronger as a result of using the ab wheel.The rope is really easy to set up and use but you will have to cut the excess which means that it's your personal height so lending it out is not an option.I have not used the push up bars much but when I did it was pretty easy to use.

I bought this for my husband’s birthday as a way to get some push-ups in at the end of the day because he was trying to challenge himself. He absolutely loves them. They are great for his wrists, easy to use and store. He uses them religiously! The ab roller is great as well! The only thing that was really bad was the jump rope. That thing lasted one day and immediately broke. However, the fact that the push up bars and an roller are so great, I gave the whole thing an overall high score!

The ab roller was easy to assemble but seems a little weak when I really get to using it, I notice the handles sliding.The jumprope seems nice quality but having to trim it wasn't something I wasn't prepared for, definitely will need some wire cutters.The knee mat could be a little bigger for comfort since my knees can't come all the way together but that's not a big deal.

Since covid had all the gym’s closed nationwide. I bought this to add to my home gym I assembled at home and the quality feels really good. Not cheaply made and very durable. Perfect to use at any space indoors or outdoors. I still do use the product now that the gyms are open for when I do my double workouts. So if you’re a gym beast like myself and need something durable and good quality if your gym is closed. Buy this product.
