Pearl PTH22PL 22-Inch Ebony Protone with Pearl Logo and EQ Ring

The product arrived in a few days the price was great and it fits and looks great on my 22 inch Pearl Export drum kit

This head is definitely Pearl authentic. The other reviews claiming counterfeit are false. Look at the latest Pearl drum sets....including the very expensive sets up to $10,000. They all have a bass drum head with this size logo and no trademark. The trademark "R" was used consistently on older drum sets. No longer. I am also pleased that this Pearl drum head is glossy, not satin.Rock on Pearl!!

A lot of reviews about this not having the registered trademark on it as pictured. Correct, it doesn’t. But neither does the drum head that came on my bass drum, ordered directly from Pearl. Picture is incorrect, but this appears to be a genuine Pearl head, identical to the stock head.

I like it, fit my drum well, harmonic sounds good.

Seems like pretty decent quality. Has built in dampening ring on inside. Sounds pretty nice. Only thing I didn’t like is that the “Pearl” not “trademarked” on this head. I noticed someone else stated that above.
