The strings on these bags are sturdy and placed in the bag in a good spot so as they do not rip out when you use them to carry. Used some of these bags for wine, and used some of these bags for jars of peanut butter. Held up well under the weight of each, especially the peanut butter jars. Liked the size of the gift tag too. Will be able to reuse these bags again they are so sturdy.

A few of them ripped easily, but I did have a wine bottle in them. Average quality.

I am so happy to have found these bags! They are well made and designed with tasteful seasonal patterns. Each made the gift of a favorite wine a joy both to give and for others to receive. The price was so reasonable that my expectations were initially cautious. The reviewer who said that these were sturdy and safe for wine (and helped my decision) was absolutely spot on. I hope to have these available next Christmas and perhaps at other festive occasions. I don't know if you have designs for other holidays as well. Many thanks and best wishes for the new year!

Very sturdy and cute bags

Correct size as received is 4" x 14" x 4", not 5" x 14" x 4" as described. Yes, that 1" makes all the difference. Had to send back.
