PackTowl Luxe Quick Dry Microfiber Towel for Beach and Travel

This towel has the absorption of microfiber but less skin cling and more of a real towel feel. It's just what I was looking for. Freaking love it!

Brought this on a trip with kids for cleaning them up along the way. I wanted something i could wash in the sink and hang to dry without having to pack away a semi dry towel that would make everything else smell. These worked well! Check the measurements. This one is small. Also the snap for the hanging loop isn’t very tight and comes loose easily

I purchased this towel in the bath size 24" x 54" to replace another synthetic travel towel (Innate towel) that was damaged beyond repair. I primarily use these synthetic towels for use after surfing as well as travelling. The main benefit of using synthetic towels is its ability to dry quickly after use and packability compared to cotton towels we all know and love.I have been using this towel for a month now and can attest to its ability to soak up water from your body like a cotton towel and not like a chamois like other synthetic towels. It feels great on your skin, is soft, absorbent and will dry quickly in the sun or if left hanging in a room. For instance if you take a shower at night before bed the towel will be usable in the morning and will not feel damp or pick up odors from multiple uses. This is critical for me because when I go in trips I can just take this one towel and I know I can use it for days without it getting funky. I'm actually considering buying a few more and completely getting rid of cotton towels that are more bulky and need more energy to wash and dry more frequently. All in all if you like the feel of regular towels but need the quick drying, compactness, and odor resistant properties of a synthetic, you will be satisfied with this towel.As an aside I also own the Packtowl personal towel that has been rated and reviewed a million times over. I also use that towel and it works very well and I leave that one in my truck or use it hiking. In comparison to the luxe, it is even more compact and packable and light but while it does dry your skin and hair well there's just no comparison to the way we've been programed in life to enjoy cotton towels. This to me is the goldilocks of towels; feels like a towel, packs smaller, and dries quicker than a cotton towel. Both are great products so just choose the one you feel has better qualities you're looking for.Since I think this is the first review of this product I want to also say I purchased this item on my own (on sale) and was not given to me by the manufacturer or Amazon.

The towel itself is great. It is very light weight and absorbent. My only issue is on the loop, the snap mechanism seems to be defective. On two separate towels it is unable to hold its own weight without it coming undone. I have another towel of the same brand and the snap is very strong. I use the snap to secure the towel so it won’t blow away so this is very important to me. However, it seems like the problem is only on the lux towels. The snap used is visibly different between t the ultralight and lux. If the snap mechanism functioned properly it is a five star product.

What a great towel! We usually bike to the pool, so we needed a super-small towel to fit in the bag. This was absolutely perfect—it’s really absorbent, the texture is good and not so different from a regular towel, the size is great (we were using a bath towel before, and the Body size is actually a bit bigger (and much lighter!) than a standard bath towel), and i cannot believe how small it folds up. Never have any issues fitting it into the bag. I don’t think it’s really that quick drying, but it doesn’t get much of a chance to dry when we use it; we just pop it back into the attached bag when we’re done and it holds the wetness in just fine. I can see how the snaps on that loop might be a little feeble but we have not yet had an issue with it. Probably going to buy another smaller one to have on the go for when I go hiking! Can’t recommend enough—if you are looking for a packable towel this will solve your problem.

This is lightweight and maybe works well, but it feels like fingers on a chalkboard to me. Some like micro fiber…just be warned. Not particularly good or bad quality.

Purchased 3 of these. Tried them out at home and I know that cotton terry towels are supposed to be the ultimate absorbers but to me these feel like they absorb better and dry a lot faster. I looked into other camp towels and decided on these. No regrets. Solid

Towel itself seems okay, but if you actually want green, buy a different brand.Sent one back already because it was the wrong color, and got another the same damn color.Please hire someone who isn't colorblind, this product is NOT the color shown in the listing.

This is brilliant very good at drying its soft and very absorbent

I was very sceptical about these towels but they are excellent. They are light, very absorbable and feel very like terry towels. We bought a set for our Motorhome. Not cheap but one our best purchases for travelling

I always like having a separate towel for my face and when travelling this isnt always possible but this small towel is great.

Small but very absorbent. Can towel myself down in seconds, and doesn't take up much space in my backpack. Perfect. Would definitely buy again.

That water stood no chance! This is the most comfortable of the travel towels I have used... soft but does the job.
