Great support and non restrictive
I bought these because I had some mild tendonitis in my wrist after my son was born. These gave me a ton of support without restricting my movement. 2 years later, and I won’t workout without them. I love the support they give while also allowing my normal range of motion. They are Velcro and nylon so really easy to adjust if you need more or less support depending on the exercise. I will say, make sure you wash them often because they hold sweat and start to stink. After about year or so, I have noticed the Velcro does lose its “stickiness”. But at the low price compared to other products and the comfort, I’m be willing to just replace them time after time (and I have!).

Works for my tendinitis
I began to suffer tendinitis in my hand and wrist. It got worse at night because I would bend my wrist while sleeping. I don’t wear it every night but when I’ve had a busy day then I know it’s time to put on. My wrist felt good by the morning. Yes, it did smell when first opened but I used some fabric spray and it went away.

Good wrap, easy to put on.
It's nice and firm, but not overly restrictive. It is relatively breathable for how thick the material is, so sweating isn't terrible. It offers support where I need it, and stays put all day. Pretty good for the price point!

These have no real support.
These may be ok for basic support but they kind of irritate my thumb so I end up just wrapping the band around my wrist. There is not really any support in this such as a metal bar to hold things in place either. This is basically like an ace bandage with velcro and a thumb hole. The velcro is strong and adhesive. I suppose it depends on what you need the brace for as to how it works... I feel as if I have carpal tunnel because I have pain in the joint of my wrist . This keeps me from hitting my wrist and injuring myself more. Overall I would say this is a mediocre compression strap.

Great for pain management and wrist support at a gym
I got this wrist brace before my surgery to help manage pain during my workday, and it made a big difference. The compression feels just right—firm enough to provide support but not so tight that it becomes uncomfortable. I like that I can easily adjust the strap to make it tighter or looser depending on how much support I need.Even after years of use, it has held up incredibly well. The material hasn’t stretched out, and the velcro still sticks just as securely as when I first got it. Now, I use it for weightlifting at the gym to protect my wrist, and it gives me the stability I need without restricting movement. It wont give you support to lift heavier weights as weight straps do but it's more to protect a wrist. This isn’t a rigid brace, so it won’t immobilize the wrist, but that’s exactly what I wanted—support without feeling locked in. Whether I was dealing with pain or now just using it as a preventative measure, it has been a solid, reliable piece of gear that I’m glad I bought.

Easy and Quick to Put On So They Encourage Use
I was looking for something to use while riding a push scooter. I bought a more complicated set first which might provide better protection with that typical hard plate, but getting them on was just too time-consuming, plus they weren't all that comfortable. These are easy to use and comfy, so I'm much more inclined to put them on, and they do provide moderate support.
