Strengthens dry, fragile, peeling nails
My dermatologist suggested these when I showed him my fragile, peeling nails. He said wearing gloves for all water-based or harsh materials and these vitamins would do the trick. He was right. It took a while for my nails to grow out to a healthy point, but they look great now. I will never give these up and recommend them to anyone who has the same issues with their nails.

This works for growing hair for sure but it does tend to open up your appetite. Maybe take every other day or days.
