Exactly as described. I am using this for a visual with our church kids on Acts 16:16-40 where Paul and Silas are thrown in prison. The kids went BONKERS over these chains! They were all fighting over who got to try them on first! Not really the reaction I was going for, but it got them interested none-the-less and they 100% remembered the lesson! (I was going for a dramatic effect) Made of a very lightweight plastic, so I'm not sure how long they will last when turned loose for free play, but they aren't being marketed for classroom use for obvious reasons, LOL, so I am very pleased with the quality for a novelty item. Would definitely buy again, worth the money!

I was planning on using this as part of a Halloween costume . This product was the only one on Amazon that assured it would be here in time before October 28th. It arrived today with a leg cuff missing. It is exactly how the description states and made of reliable quality. I am extremely disappointed that it came defected.

I used these chains as a way to add better arm chains to my cosplay, without having to use metal chains. They work great, and if you have larger arms, will still fit you. I had to use Velcro to keep the mid-arm chains in place. They reason why it’s not 5 stars is because the paint is a little flakey, so that’s the only bad part of it.

I had hoped these weren’t so cheap looking and bulky but they were. Very disappointed but there were no other options. If you need shackled for a haunted house then they would be perfect. I needed them for a play.

Amazing! Product very realistic looking. Bought them for my 11 year old son's Halloween costume so a bit big but hey are Jumbo sized. Still love them. Just rigged them so they don't drag on the ground when he walks. Light weight, perfect size for adults. Would purchase again!
