Love this book. I have another in the series and wondered if I would be duplicating recipes and techniques by adding this book to my library but - no - this is a great addition to my bookshelves. I love the feel and look of the book and the recipes are written in a way that is so easy to follow. I have had some great successes using this book and I know I can rely on these recipes for great tasting and great looking chocolate cakes and desserts. Le Cordon Bleu Chocolate Bible does not disappoint.

Finally a metric version of this book! There are so many great recipes in this book and now they are made easy to understand and follow. I had the old version in cups and tsp...i was going crazy. The book covers almost everything, from cakes to tarts, from mousses and creams to iced desserts and sweet drinks. Interesting the part about chocolate decorations, even if now we can find it in so many books about chocolate.The book may be not for beginners, but the recipes are very well explained, and all the dessert i tried turned out great

I have dozens of cookery books, some are good, some are a waste of time. This one, appears to be one of the really useful ones. The chocolate Swiss Roll recipe is the first I have made that has come out as a wonderfully light sponge roll. Simple recipe but it works.

Bought this one for someone else... but had previously bought for myself. Naughty inspiration! An excellent buy for anyone who likes chocolate. Arrived on time and in perfect condition.
