As a therapist these are so useful to give out to clients as a simple way to use biofeedback for stress reduction. They seem to be fairly accurate as well. Of course, they aren't the same as the more expensive biofeedback machines, but a good alternative for the price!

I purchase the dots too... great with young Clients

I loved the idea of using this card with the dot to assist my yoga students in evaluating their stress levels. When I bought the cards, I did not see that the dots were sold separately. Had to purchase them in order to make the cards of value. Would be nice to sell together in a way that is more apparent.

This contained the basic information I was looking for to use for a classroom of psychology students. I used it with the biodots. Students are able to attach their biodots to the card to be used for next semester's students.

Ordered dots and cards only to find out that dots are just black dots and cannot be returned. They do not change color. As other reviewers noted, the dots are very small in size and do not seem to adhere. I only took one off however, and placed on the card only to discover they didn't work. Now I am out $22. The cards themselves are difficult to read.

The concept is good, but the dots are too small to work well - they're hard to see and, because of the size, not as responsive to body temperature changes as they need to be. There is a single, somewhat larger square that's included for some reason, maybe intended as a sample, and it seems to work better. That's what I would order if I had it to do over again.
