Amazing replacement
I recently purchased an OEM key fob for my vehicle, and I couldn’t be happier! This fob works just like the original part, providing the same reliable performance and functionality.Installation was a breeze, and I appreciated how seamlessly it synced with my car’s system. The build quality feels solid, and all the buttons are responsive. No issues with range—unlocking my doors from a distance is as easy as ever.If you’re looking for a replacement that mirrors the original, this OEM key fob is an excellent choice. Highly recommend it!

Great Deal; Easy to Program
Amazing price ($65) and it works absolutely perfectly. The stamp on the back of the FOB that shows either '1' or '2' does NOT mean it is #1 or #2 in the car when you re-program. The first FOB you program will be #1 the second #2 and so on. If you want the number on the back of the FOB to match who is #1,2...etc then make sure you program them in the same order that corresponds to the number stamped on the back of the FOB). This is very easy to program into the car IF you follow the instructions. This FOB can be added to the car's memory (will hold 4 but only two can be personalized). If you lost one of the original FOBs then you will need to reset the car's memory and re-program all the FOBs again in order to personalize the new FOB. Unfortunately you cannot erase just one personalized FOB. Either way the directions are kind of simple. If you have to re-program (I did) and use the long method, make sure you have about 45 minutes because the long method is exactly that; long. You can find some good instructions to re-program the FOB here: [...] It is really pretty easy so don't be intimidated by all the steps. Mine worked first try. I would recommend printing the instructions off and taking them to re-program the key.

Working #1 Fob
Bought a #1 fob like I had instead of #2 so this one works but it will not allow me to program individual preferences as a #2 fob would. It is just a replacement for #1 and works the doors and locks fine and starts the car so no complaints there.

An amazing alternative to dealer rip off.
Just bought one for an 07 vette. As I proceed to program the new FOB. I failed IAW (in accordance with) the owners manual. I was pissed and was leaning to pay the dealers $70.00 fee. Good thing I ain't no quitter. A few online forum reveal that not getting the car in key fob learn mode was a current issue for some lucky owners. All you have to do if your car is manual is: place the car in Reverse before starting the programming portion iaw the owners manual. Quickest 70 bucks I ever save. Very happy with this Key Fob. Works well.

It worked for me - 2007 Corvette
It worked real good. Following the manual, you had to open the hatchback with the actual key - then you turn the key five time within five seconds to initiate the driver information center on the instrument panel. I didn't want to break my key so I wasn't doing it hard enough and as far as I could turn it so it wasn't doing anything at first. So it took a few times to get it - but I eventually tried it by turning the key harder and finally the DIC did indicate it was ready to program Fob #4. I don't know what happened to #1 and #3 but #2 was all that I had when they sold it to me. I put the new fob in the glove compartment program slot, and after about 5 seconds the DIC stated that maximum number of fobs programed. There was no beep as the manual stated. But I have two working Fobs and that was really what I wanted. So, if you want to try it yourself, this isn't a bad deal for the money. When I had my C5 this wasn't an option, I had to take it to the dealer and I know it was more than a $100 to get a key.
