Excellent for Practicing Basic Skills and Getting Exercise
I bought this machine to 1. practice and switch from penhold to shakehand and 2. get some exercise.I've been using it almost daily for about a month and half. Over all, the machine exceeds my expectations on both purposes.More specifically:Power: 8/10 (plenty but not smashing speed)Spin: 8 (plenty)Placement: 6. Mostly within a couple of inches radius and slight side spin one way or the other. The variant can be annoying sometimes. It’s also a plus, making it a bit more challenging and keeping me focused.Serving Frequency: 8. With setting at 9, it’s about the speed of practicing with a partner back & forth without hard hits.Swing: 8. Good range and points in between, and with good randomness.Top tip: Keep a duster such as Swiffer handy. Dust the table and the head, including inside of the barrel, from time to time. This is especially true if you have a furry friend around.I hope it’s durable…

Excellent machine, but not well calibrated
Misses the mark a lot and just throws the ball away, but this could be reduced with better programming. Otherwise, it's a solid robot and can work you out and drastically improve your ping-pong skills. Buy it. You won't regret it at all.

Great Table Tennis robot for the price.
I don't usually write reviews for products, but I'm so pleased with this SUZ table tennis robot that I am making an exception. I feel that a company that makes such a fine product for such a reasonable price should be recognized for their work. I have it set up in my attached garage, and have been using it off and on for about 6 months. It's working very well, and has not given me any problems. I make sure to keep the motor wheels, and balls clean, but that's all I've had to do to maintain it. I especially like the remote control. There are TT robots that have more features, but they cost a lot more. For the price this SUZ robot is hard to beat.I paid full price for this product, and have not been compensated in any way for this review.BTW, I named it Marvin. I like to name all of my robots.

oscillation out of order
The media could not be loaded. I received this training robot in December, but only used it for <10 times. The oscillation function is out of order, becoming crazy fast at 1, even faster when setting higher. Is there a head part replacement for this robot?

Works well for a low-end robot
The product is not comparable to a $2,000 robot, so don't expect the same features or performance. My wish was to have a way to practice a bit at home until the pandemic passes and the local table tennis club reopens. I don't need a high-end machine as I'm an older amateur player and will not be doing any heavy training. This unit is reasonably priced and works well enough for my needs. Bear in mind it doesn't throw the balls with much speed, and it has limited features. It has just one wheel, one motor, and no vacuum. It doesn't recycle the balls automatically. It is purely mechanical, and not programmable. The product description advises us to use the balls supplied with the machine, but I've had no difficulty using standard practice balls. The supplied balls are lighter than regulation balls, but that isn't a problem for my limited needs. I didn't mount the machine on its bracket because I separately purchased a ball collection net which occupies that space. Fortunately, this machine works pretty well just standing on the table. It isn't very precise, and on the "no oscillation" setting there's a wide variation in where the balls go, but it's okay for my purposes. One negative point is that the remote controller eats batteries rapidly. If I had a "do-over" I would choose the model with the wired controller.

not strong enough
The balls from the ping pong ball machine are not strong enough.

Great for exercise, and hand-eye coordination tool
I have been using the machine almost every day for over two months, and it has not jammed once. Depending on the settings it can be very easy or very hard (for a hobbyist) to return the balls with a quality shot - which is a good thing. I have not had to change the batteries once in the remote - they have been in since December. My skills have improved, but more importantly, it's great exercise and a wonderful way to improve hand-eye coordination.
