This is a great trash can. I was really worried after reading the reviews about it not closing all the way after just a little while. If it doesn't close it's because you have the liner in backwards, or there's trash where the mechanism that opens and closes is, or the trash bag is in the way of the mechanism. It works perfect if you check all those things.

Finally a 13 gallon trash can that accepts a full size 13 gallon trash bag that I don’t have to tie a knot on the edge of the bag to fit the trash can. Just the right size to fit the trash bag without altering the bag to fit. Was half the cost of the Costco SS Trash container and works just as well. Saw reviews of lid not closing all the way. Inner trash can must be seated flush or it will not close tightly. No problem closing when seating inner trash contain flush and flat. Looks good too. Priced the best too. All other functions work well and not worth mentioning. It’s supposed to work well.

Great trash can. I feel I can smash more trash in this trash can than in the plastic ones I’ve bought previously. There is a plastic can that you put your trash bag in and that sits inside the silver trash can. It takes a minute to put the inner trash can inside and have it sit flush and you’ll have to make sure the bag doesn’t hinder the lid mechanism at the top back of the trash can. Once you get that you’re good. The stainless steel looks nice and clean and my dog can’t get the lid to open when it’s closed since she can’t bump it open with her nose. I feel like this trash can will last many years.

This 50-liter stainless steel trash can is sleek, modern, and fits perfectly in both kitchen and office settings. I also appreciate the fingerprint-resistant coating—it really does keep it looking clean with minimal effort.My only issue is that small dots of rust have started forming underneath the lid after a few weeks of use, which is disappointing considering it's stainless steel. That said, the overall quality is solid, Still a great buy, just hoping the rust doesn’t spread.

I had to wait a little bit longer for this trashcan, but it was so worth it. It’s made from good quality materials and cleans up very easily and very well. It’s gone through several messes and cleanups and still looks shiny and brand new. There are no issues with smell after simple, wipe ups with regular household cleaner. No need to soak and scrub.

The foot pedal works, there is a solid inner can you can pull out to more easily get the trash out as well as replace the bag. Got this to keep my cat from digging through the trash and it works, he isn't digging through the trash but now he has a new perch in the kitchen.

It's a nice trash can - but definitely not dog proof. She can just go up to it and push up the top. On to finding one that will keep her out.
